Information processed in your browser
The contact tool constructs a message entirely in your browser. Its code does not submit your name, email address or room description to a server, and does not save those entries to localStorage. Browser form restoration or autofill may behave according to your own browser settings.
Copying uses the Clipboard API when available and permitted. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Those actions put information in your clipboard or files under your control. Clear or delete them separately when you no longer need them.
Browser preferences
If you use the preference control on our Cookies page, the site saves your essential-only choice and a timestamp under room-storage-preference in localStorage. The value remains in that browser until you remove it or clear site data. The control does not activate analytics or advertising.
The site code supplied here includes no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded social widgets. See Cookies for storage controls. Hosting infrastructure may separately process technical connection information.
When you email us
If you send an email, the recipient mailbox and email service process your address, message and any attachments you include. We use correspondence to understand and respond to the enquiry, review corrections or handle associated security and legal issues. Do not send private floor-plan details, access codes, identity documents or information about other people that is not necessary.
Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry and legitimate administrative, security or legal needs. A fixed retention period is not promised. Service providers involved in hosting or email may process information as necessary to provide those services; their processing locations depend on the services used.
Technical information
Serving a website requires a hosting provider to receive connection information such as an IP address, requested file and request time. Operational logs may be used for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. This static website does not itself expose an account system or collect a visitor profile.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid sending correspondence, clear browser storage, and delete your own downloads. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain uses, request portability, or complain to a competent supervisory authority. These rights can be subject to legal conditions.
For a privacy question or request, email [email protected] and describe the information involved. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We do not require a home address merely to ask a question.
External services and changes
An external link or your chosen email application may have its own privacy practices. Review those services before sharing information. If the website’s data practices change, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual implementation.
